Run Scotland Strathclyde Spring Half Marathon
The event takes place on 3rd May 2026 at Strathclyde Country Park, Hamilton Road, Motherwell ML1 3ED. It is a Half-Marathon held on roads and shared paths within the park.
The course covers four laps over flat ground and passes through mature woodlands and areas of rough wetland. The route is traffic free and uses paved surfaces and park paths. Distance markers are provided every mile and there are water stations on each lap, approximately every 3 miles. The race is chip timed and all finishers receive a medal.
Entries are limited to 500 places. Entry fees are listed from £27.00 for affiliated runners and £29.00 for unaffiliated runners. Entries close on 27th April 2026 and there may be limited places on the day. The minimum age to enter is 17. Race numbers are collected on the day from registration at the race headquarters, with registration taking place between 08:30 and 09:30.
On event day there is a bag drop and toilets on site. Changing facilities, parking and first aid are listed as available. Results are posted online after the event.
