Flat 'N Fast 7
Flat 'N Fast 7 takes place on Saturday 19th September 2026 at the West Lothian Cycle Circuit within Xcite Linlithgow, McGinley Way, Linlithgow EH49 6SQ. The event uses an officially measured lapped course where one lap is 960 metres. The 5 km races cover five laps plus the finishing straight and the 3 km races cover three laps plus a slightly shorter finishing straight. Animals are not allowed inside the gated cycle circuit.
The programme includes multiple mass-start races:
- 5 km: seven races for athletes born in 2011 or earlier.
- 3 km: two junior races for U14 and U12 athletes.
Junior age group details follow Scottish Athletics winter 2026-2027 groups: U12 athletes are those born in 2015 or 2016 and must be at least nine years old on race day; U14 athletes are born in 2013 or 2014. Entry fees are set per race: the junior 3 km costs £8 for Scottish Athletics or equivalent members and £11 for non-members; the 5 km costs £16 for members and £19 for non-members. Race transfers and refunds are not available.
Declarations and bib collection take place in the vendor village. Athletes will be assigned a specific declaration time and will receive their bib only during that allocated period.
