Flat 'N Fast 6
Flat 'N Fast 6 takes place in Linlithgow on Saturday 18 April 2026 at the West Lothian Cycle Circuit, based at Xcite Linlithgow, McGinley Way, EH49 6SQ. The venue has free parking that can be busy at weekends; car sharing or rail travel are suggested. Linlithgow train station is about 1.5 miles from the venue and receives regular trains from Glasgow Queen Street and Edinburgh Waverley. Animals, including dogs, are not permitted inside the gated cycle circuit.
All races are run on a measured, lapped course. One lap is 960 metres. The 5 km race is five laps plus the finishing straight and the 3 km race is three laps plus a slightly shorter finishing straight. The 5 km course has been officially measured by the Association of UK Course Measurers and holds AIMS certification.
Event format and eligibility:
- 5 km races for athletes born in 2011 or earlier
- 3 km junior races for under 12 and under 14 athletes
- Mixed relay for athletes under 16 and above with teams of two female and two male athletes
Entry details include separate fees for Scottish Athletics or equivalent members and non members. Race transfers and refunds are not available. Declarations take place in the vendor village; athletes are assigned a specific declaration time and will receive their bib only during that period.
