Run Scotland Strathclyde Spring 10k 2026
Run Scotland Strathclyde Spring 10k takes place at Strathclyde Country Park in Motherwell on 3rd May 2026. The course runs on roads and paths around the park and covers two laps over flat ground through mature woodlands and areas of rough wetlands in the valley of the River Clyde. The park spans about 400 hectares of countryside.
The event distance is 10K. The race uses chip timing and awards a finisher medal to all finishers. Numbers are collected on the day from registration in the morning. The race headquarters and registration are at Strathclyde Country Park, Hamilton Road, Motherwell ML1 3ED.
Practical facilities listed for the day include bag drop, on site toilets, changing facilities, parking and first aid. There is a water station at 5 km, distance markers every kilometre and refreshments available. The surface is road and the route is traffic free. Minimum age to enter is 15. Entry fees start at £23.00 for affiliated runners and £25.00 for unaffiliated runners. Entries are limited to 200 and close on 27th April 2026.
Prizes include a finisher medal for all, individual prizes for the top three men and women, veteran category prizes for women 35 plus and men 40 plus, and team prizes for first male and female clubs registered with SA or UKA. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
