Run Scotland Strathclyde Spring 10k 2026
The event is a 10K race held on 3rd May 2026 at Strathclyde Country Park, Hamilton Road, Motherwell ML1 3ED. The course runs on roads and paths around the park and consists of two laps on flat ground. The park covers 400 hectares in the valley of the River Clyde and includes mature woodlands and wetlands. The route is traffic free, on road surface, with distance markers every kilometre and a water station at 5 km.
Entry, timing and facilities
Entry fees are £23.00 for affiliated runners and £25.00 for unaffiliated runners. Entries are limited to 200 and close on 27th April 2026; places on the day are not guaranteed. Minimum age to enter is 15. The race is chip timed and all finishers receive a medal. Results and finishing positions are based on gun time. Event facilities include bag drop, toilets, changing facilities, parking, first aid and refreshments. Prizes are awarded to the top three men and women, veteran winners in age groups (women 35+, men 40+ with minimum numbers), and first male and female teams for SA/UKA clubs.
