Run Santa Run 5K and Reindeer Ramble - Morgantown
Run Santa Run 5K and the Reindeer Ramble take place at Rosenbaum Family House in Morgantown, West Virginia on December 6, 2026. The event is organized by GCXC Racing and features holiday-themed attire.
Race offerings:
- 0.5 Miles Reindeer Ramble
- 5K Run/Walk in person
- 5K Virtual Run/Walk
The chip-timed 5K starts and finishes at Rosenbaum Family House and passes through parts of the West Virginia University campus. The Reindeer Ramble also starts and finishes at Rosenbaum Family House and passes in front of WVU.
5K registration includes a fleece blanket, finisher medal, Santa hat, custom bib and a swag bag. Optional long sleeves and fleece hoodies are available for pre-order during registration. Reindeer Ramble registration includes a finisher medal, custom bib and reindeer.
Early packet pick-up is scheduled the day before the event in the afternoon. Race day registration and packet pick-up occur on the morning of the event.
Awards in the 5K include Run Santa Run mittens for the top three overall males and females and for the top three finishers in each of these age groups: 9 & Under; 10-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75 & Up.
