About the race
Run Prestwood is an annual running event held in the picturesque village of Prestwood, Buckinghamshire, supporting the Chilterns Neuro Centre. Established in 1993, the event features a 10k chip-timed race, a 5k fun run, and a 2k children's race, attracting hundreds of participants each year. The courses primarily take place on roads, starting from the Prestwood Gym and Fitness Centre, and offer a scenic experience through the Chiltern Hills.
