Run On The Rocks

Run On The Rocks takes place in Point of Rocks, Maryland, offering a 10 Miler, Half Marathon, and 20 Miler along the C&O Canal Towpath by the Potomac River. The pancake-flat, semi-paved/gravel course is an out-and-back with three distance-specific turnarounds and three aid stations (Noland’s, Monacacy, and Dickerson for longer distances). The start/finish is at the Point of Rocks Boat Ramp, with base camp at the nearby Community Commons Park.

Participants receive a chip-time, premium shirt, and custom medals; awards by age group; no race-day registration; course not USATF-certified yet. Parking at the Point of Rocks Train Station for runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
