Run Newport FLY-K & PR Party with HOKA

The 1st Annual Run Newport FLY-K & PR Party is a free community event on July 11, 2026, in Middletown, Rhode Island, at 583 3rd Beach Rd. It features a point-to-point, USATF-certified 5K course that starts near the Norman Bird Sanctuary and finishes at Peabody's Beach.

The course passes coastal landmarks and views including Third Beach, Second Beach, Sachuest Point, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Norman Bird Sanctuary. Participants may run or walk the course. Registration is free, limited to 100 participants, and opens June 19, 2026, and closes July 10, 2026. The first ten registered participants will receive a free pair of HOKA running shoes. Additional giveaways and surprises are planned for the evening.

Event activities include a tailgate with meet and greet and check-in, a group warm-up and walk to the start, the point-to-point run, and a post-run beach party at Peabody's Beach.
