The Ivy Rehab/Elite Physical Therapy Shamrock Shuffle 5k takes place on March 29, 2026 at NK High School, 150 Fairway Drive, North Kingstown, RI. The event offers in-person and virtual options and includes a short kids race on the high school track.

The Kids Leprechaun Run is open to children 12 and under; parents may run with their children. The 5K run/walk covers 3.1 miles and welcomes walkers. For safety, no pets are allowed and strollers must start at the back of the field.
This race is the third and final leg of the Tour de Patrick three-race series held across Rhode Island in March. Participants who complete all three races receive Tour de Patrick custom socks and the 2026 Tour de Patrick finisher's medal, which is collected at the Shamrock Shuffle finish line. Numbers and shirts for tour entrants are distributed at the Irish 5K event.
A post-race gathering is scheduled at The Trap in East Greenwich with live music and a cash and card bar; patrons must present ID for bar service. Online registration has tiered fees by date, no refunds are offered, and virtual participation counts toward series awards.
