The Run Media City 5k & 10k Powered By Bank Of America is scheduled for 24 September 2026 at MediaCity UK, Salford. The route starts and finishes in the Media City Piazza and is based on a 2.5 km loop through the heart of Media City UK.
The course crosses the Millennium Bridge, passes the Imperial War Museum and runs alongside the ITV and BBC television studios, with an urban waterfront setting and an evening event village offering food and drink options.

Included in entry are a themed medal, free official race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned along the course to guide and assist runners. Event services include an event village with food and drink and partner-provided finish-line items.
