INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester X BRYSK 5k run
INNSiDE Road Runners returns to INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester in partnership with Brysk for a free, social, beginner-friendly guided group run. The session covers 5 km and is designed as a guided group activity that starts and finishes at the hotel.
Brysk is described as a wellness studio located just off St Ann’s Square in Manchester that offers a modern approach to recovery, performance and preventative health. The hotel location is INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester, 1 First Street, Manchester M15 4RP.
Sessions take place in person and are scheduled to last one hour. Participants may leave coats and bags at the hotel on arrival and are asked to meet outside the hotel reception area before the run begins. The meetups recur every second Thursday of the month, with listed upcoming dates including Thursday 11th June, Thursday 9th July, Thursday 13th August, Thursday 10th September and Thursday 8th October.
