Run Media City 5k & 10k is scheduled for 27 August 2026 at MediaCity UK in Salford, Manchester. The event starts and finishes in the Media City Piazza and uses a 2.5 km loop through the area.
The course crosses the Millennium Bridge, passes the Imperial War Museum, and runs near the ITV and BBC television studios, giving clear landmarks along the route.

Entry includes a themed medal, free official race photos, chip-timed results and post race goodies. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned around the course to guide participants.
An event village provides food and drink options and free samples from event partners. An optional event t-shirt is available at a discounted price when purchased with entry; the t-shirt is supplied through a partnership with RT Kit.
