Run for Your Life Race at Robinson Lake
The Run for Your Life Race at Robinson Lake is scheduled for October 24, 2026 at Robinson Lake Park, 5240 S Liverpool Rd, Hobart, Indiana 46342. The event is a nighttime Halloween-themed set of activities held on the park trails.
Offered event distances:
- Family Fun Run: 1 mile non-paved route around Robinson Lake.
- 5K Race: 5 kilometers on trail with chip timing and a bib.
- Haunted trail walk: 1 mile walk on the trails.
Entry details and equipment: The Family Fun Run and 5K registration opens August 21, 2026 and closes October 24, 2026. The Haunted Trail Walk registration opens October 15, 2026 and closes October 24, 2026. Registration fees listed are $25 for the Family Fun Run and the 5K, and $15 for the Haunted Trail Walk. Medals are provided to all pre-registered finishers for the Family Fun Run and the 5K. Tee shirts are available for purchase during registration for $15 or on race day for $20. Race day on-site registration will be available with limited shirts and finisher medals.
Competition and rules: The 5K will include awards for first through third overall and age group awards for 18-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 plus. Participants are advised to bring a headlamp or flashlight. No dogs, strollers, bicycles, in-line skates, scooters, or wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course.
