Run For Your Life 5K - Fairborn
The Run For Your Life event presented by Run Ohio Races LLC is an interactive, themed running event at Fairborn Community Park, 691 E Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, OH 45324. The event program includes running races and an interactive role-play experience where participants choose between two roles: Survivor or Zombie.
Survivors run the marked course wearing a flag football belt. The route includes clearly marked infected zones where Zombies are permitted to stay and attempt to capture flags from Survivors. If a Survivor reaches the finish area with all flags intact they are counted as surviving; losing one or more flags indicates infection while the participant still completes the course. All finishers receive a finisher medal.

- The Zombie Experience with limited zombie slots and a registration shirt included
Registration fees listed for the races are $35.00 for the 5k, $45.00 for the 10k, and no fee for the Zombie Experience. Zombies are restricted to designated infected zones and are encouraged to use costumes and makeup as part of the role experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
