The Run For Your Life 5K/10K Series - The Final Stand
The event is an interactive, themed running event in Fairborn, Ohio, presented as the final race in a series. It offers two distance options and places participants into one of two roles: Survivor or Zombie. Survivors run the course wearing a flag football belt and try to reach the finish with flags intact. Zombies remain inside designated infected zones and attempt to capture flags from Survivors. Zombies do not run the course. Costumes and creative zombie looks are encouraged.
The course includes clearly marked infected zones and is marked with signs and volunteers at key turns. Aid stations with water and hydration are available on course. Packet pickup is available race morning; participants are advised to arrive 30 to 45 minutes early. All finishers receive a finisher medal and event swag at the finish area.
