About the race
Monster March in Huber Heights is a Halloween-themed running event that includes a 5K and a 1 mile fun run. Costumes are encouraged. The day also features a Monster Market and a drive-in movie screening of "Nightmare Before Christmas" at Thomas A.
Cloud Park. Packet pickup and registration are located at the Splash Pad at Thomas A. Cloud Park. Online registration is used for entry; there is no onsite registration on race day.
Registration includes a shirt if the entrant registered by October 1, a finisher medal, snacks, and refreshments. Some shirts may be available on race day but are not guaranteed. Registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable except as allowed by the transfer policy. Awards are presented to top finishers in each age group for both the 1 mile and the 5K.
Age groups include Under 7 (1 mile only), 7-10, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over. Parking is available at the Splash Pad parking lot or by the softball fields. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or convert the event to a virtual race for reasons such as weather or public safety. Transfers to another participant are permitted through September 10.
