17th Annual Run for Their Lives 5K
The event on September 19, 2026 is a timed charity 5K held at the North Park Swimming Pool Loop, 9901 S Ridge Dr, Gibsonia, PA 15044, in northern Allegheny County near Pittsburgh. The course is approximately three miles and runs through tree-lined streets of North Park. The event raises awareness of bleeding disorders and supports education and advocacy programs.
There are in-person and virtual options. Each registered participant receives a technical race t-shirt if registered by July 31, 2026, plus a goody bag and a medal. Virtual participants receive the same items and may opt to have their race packet mailed for an additional fee or pick it up at the WPBDF office at 433 State Avenue, Suite #4, Beaver PA 15009.
Registration pricing is set by date: early bird pricing is $25 through May 31, 2026; pre-race registration is $30 from June 1 through September 18, 2026; and race day registration is $35. Virtual registration is $25 under the stated virtual registration window.
Following the 5K, the Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk will take place and include snacks, music, raffles, games, and community activities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
