Location and course
The race is based at the Harmar Pavilion in North Park on South Ridge Drive, across from Pie Traynor Field and near the North Park Swimming Pool. The 5K is a two-loop, wheel-measured road course that starts and finishes on South Ridge Drive across from Harmar Pavilion. The 1-mile fun run is a shorter loop that follows part of the 5K course. Parking is at the North Park Pool Parking Lot with a short walk to the pavilion.
Entry, timing and logistics
Registration opens January 1, 2026. The race is timed by Miles of Smiles Timing Service and results will be posted on their website. The event lists online deadlines for being guaranteed a race shirt and a pre-race packet pickup at Blessed Francis Seelos Academy. Race day registration and packet pickup are available at Harmar Pavilion.
Awards and beneficiaries
5K awards include trophies for top overall male and female finishers, masters and handcycle categories, plus age-group awards. The 1-mile event awards top finishers by gender and by youth age groups.
