Logistics and organizer
The event location is Red Tail Pavilion, 2801 E Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074. Event parking is available across the street at a nearby college; there is no parking at the race start and parking is free. Bag check is available near check-in. Someone else may pick up a participant packet if the proxy provides the participant’s first and last name and which race they are entered in.
Course support includes water stations and restrooms or porta-potties near the start/finish or on course. Participants receive a medal and a shirt. The race benefits Wipe Out Kids' Cancer (WOKC), an organization that provides family programs, funds pediatric cancer research, and supplies Buddy Bags to DFW children hospitalized for a suspected cancer diagnosis or starting treatment; the Buddy Bag program includes an iPad.
