WOKC Run for the Kids
The WOKC Run for the Kids is scheduled for June 27, 2026 in Plano, Texas at the Red Tail Pavilion, 2801 E Spring Creek Pkwy. The event includes two race options and an after party. It raises funds to support DFW children with cancer through the nonprofit Wipe Out Kids' Cancer.

Registration benefits listed by the organizer include a commemorative T-shirt and medal, food from In-N-Out, beer, live band and DJ, awards for first through third place in each age division, and a Kids Fun Zone. The course will have water stations and restrooms or porta-potties. Bag check is available near check-in. Packet pickup details are to be announced. Someone else may pick up a packet if the first and last name of the participant and the chosen race are provided.
Event parking is available across the street at Collin College; there is no parking at the race start and parking is free. The organizing charity, Wipe Out Kids' Cancer, describes programs that support families, fund pediatric cancer research, and provide Buddy Bags to hospitalized DFW children; each Buddy Bag is reported to include items for comfort and an iPad.
