Event Overview
The Run For Hope 5K is an annual community event held in Lexington, Kentucky. The 2026 edition marks the fourth year of the race, which takes place during May to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Month. The event serves to raise awareness and funds for the Hope Springs Counseling Center, an organization providing clinical counseling services to individuals and families.

The 5K route is a flat and fast course set on the paved Legacy Trail. The event is open to participants of various fitness levels who wish to run or walk the distance. Participants receive several race features and amenities as part of their registration:
