Run For Hope 5K : Lexington, KY
The 4th annual Run For Hope 5K takes place at Coldstream Park in Lexington, Kentucky on May 17, 2026. The event raises funds and awareness to support Hope Springs Counseling Center and occurs during Mental Health Awareness Month.
The main race is a chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) run on the flat, paved Legacy Trail. Each registered participant receives a commemorative unisex T-shirt in sizes S through 2XL while supplies last. Awards will be presented to top male and top female finishers. Free race photos will be available and there will be on-site music and opportunities for fellowship.
Registration for the 5K opens January 1, 2026 and closes April 17, 2026; the registration fee is $20. Volunteer registration opens February 22, 2026 and closes May 1, 2026. Organizers seek 6 to 8 volunteers to assist with packet pickup, check-in, food and drink, water stops and race clean up; volunteers also receive a commemorative race T-shirt. Packet pickup is scheduled on race day at Coldstream Park.
