Run for Home - Edmonton
The annual Run for Home takes place at Emily Murphy Park, located at 11904 Emily Murphy Park Rd NW in Edmonton. This community event operates under the theme "Housing IS Healthcare," with all proceeds directed toward The Affordable Housing Sustainability Fund. The funds raised support various housing programs within Edmonton's inner city.
The event offers several distance options for participants:

- 10 km walk/run
The gathering is family friendly, and the use of strollers and the presence of dogs are permitted. On-site activities and amenities include post-race snacks, a bouncy castle, prizes, and swag bags for participants. Additionally, the event organizes a donation drive on race day. Attendees are encouraged to bring new or used shoes, toques, mitts, or other winter gear to assist patients requiring these items upon discharge from the hospital.
