Event details
Run for Home is scheduled for October 18, 2026, at Emily Murphy Park in Edmonton, Alberta. The event includes a 1 km fun run, a 5 km walk/run, and a 10 km walk or run. It is described as family friendly; dogs and strollers are welcome. Post-race provisions include snacks, prizes, swag bags, and a bouncy castle. Organizers will collect donations on race day of new or used shoes, toques, mitts, or other winter gear for patients needing them at hospital discharge.
