Run for Home : Emily Murphy Park
Run for Home is a community fundraising event held at Emily Murphy Park in Edmonton, Alberta. Proceeds support housing programs in Edmonton's inner city and are directed to the Affordable Housing Sustainability Fund.
The event includes multiple participation options:
- 1 km fun run
- 5 km walk/run
- 10 km walk or run
The event is family friendly; dogs and strollers are welcome. There will be post-event snacks, prizes, swag bags, and a bouncy castle. Donations are collected on race day, including new or used shoes, toques, mitts, and winter gear for patients leaving hospital care.
