The 5K Run / Walk for Clean Water takes place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Salisbury, NC (Grace Lutheran Church, 3020 Grace Church Road, 28147). The event includes the following distances:

Standard entry fees listed are $25 for the 5K and $5 for the fun run. Online registration closes November 7, 2025. Race day registration fees noted are $30 for the 5K and $5 for the fun run.
Course, purpose, awards and amenities
The 5K is a 3.1 mile road course that starts from the church parking lot and runs into the gently rolling Grace Ridge neighborhood, looping through all three neighborhood phases. The fun run is held on Grace Lutheran property. All proceeds will benefit the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America Global Water Ministry. The event description notes global water statistics: 1.8 billion people drink from contaminated water sources and unsafe water causes about 840,000 deaths per year, nearly half of them children under five. The description also notes time spent collecting water by women and children.
Recorded course bests are Male: 18:49 (2021) and Female: 20:38 (2022). Awards for the 5K include overall and masters prizes, cash for top finishers, and age-group awards for multiple divisions (top 3 in each). Fun run awards include top finishers and finisher medals for all participants. Long-sleeved T-shirts are guaranteed if registered by October 31.
