Run for Autumn 5K, Ebensburg PA
Run for Autumn is a community memorial event held on 06/13/2026 in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania, at 300 Prave Street. The event raises funds for local causes, with 100% of proceeds benefiting Camp Cadet, a playground at Lion’s Field, and Dauntless Fire Company. The event is dedicated to the memory of the organizers' daughter and marks what would have been her 17th birthday.
Multiple participation options are offered:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 5K Pump & Run (bench press plus 5K)
- Kids Fun Run, 150 yards
- Virtual option for participants who want a shirt only
The 5K Pump & Run adds a bench press component before the race. Strength is scored by repetitions at body weight percentages, with a maximum of 30 repetitions. For each successful repetition, 30 seconds are deducted from the participant's final Pump & Run time.
Local businesses will provide food, drinks, and services during the event, including a custom shoe fitting by Up-N-Running and participation by Bohemian Bean and The Backroom Saloon. Kids activities are planned and include a bounce house. Race shirts are available with a stated ordering deadline of May 19.
