Run for Autumn 5K
Run for Autumn 5K is a community memorial event held in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania at 300 Prave Street. One hundred percent of event proceeds benefit Camp Cadet, Autumn’s Playground at Lion’s Field, and Dauntless Fire Company.
The event offers multiple participation options:
- 5K
- 150 yards
The main offerings include a 5K Run/Walk and a new 5K Pump & Run category. The Pump & Run adds a bench press component before the 5K. Strength performance is scored by repetitions based on body weight percentages, with a maximum of 30 repetitions. For each counted repetition, 30 seconds are deducted from the final Pump & Run time. Participants may enter the 5K, the Pump & Run, or both.
There is a Kids Fun Run for children 7 and under. A virtual option is available for those who want an event shirt without participating on course.
The course starts at the YPCC on the Ghost Town Trail, heads toward Revloc, and returns to the YPCC at a designated turnaround. Event day activities include food and drinks, a bounce house for kids, and a custom shoe fitting by a local retailer. Event shirts have an ordering deadline on Tuesday, May 19.
