Event overview

Run Falmouth is a half marathon held in Falmouth, Cornwall on 15 March 2026. The course is undulating, follows the coast for part of the route, then heads inland. The route is entirely on the road. The race is the fifth event in the Cornwall Road Running Grand Prix Series. The race is limited to 750 places; the first 750 entries are guaranteed a medal. Entries recorded so far: 516 participants.

Logistics and rules

Race headquarters is at The Princess Pavilion, 41 Melvill Road, Falmouth TR11 4AR. Entrants must collect their race number on the day. There will be no on-the-day entries. There is no official baggage storage; bags may be left at the pavilion at the owner’s risk. Toilets are available at Race HQ. There are no changing rooms or showers. Food and drink are available to purchase at nearby Gylly Beach Café and Castle Beach Café.

MP3 players and personal audio devices are banned for safety. Dogs, wheelchairs, wheeled carriages and cycles are also banned, and competitors may not be accompanied or followed either on foot or by vehicle.

Parking will be limited. Pay and display parking is available at the Dell and Maritime car parks, each about a 10 minute walk from Race HQ; other local parking options are noted by the organiser.

Categories and timing

The race will be chip timed with placings awarded by gun-to-chip time. Timing chips are worn on the ankle and must be returned. Prize categories include overall male and female, age-category prizes and team prizes. Entry fees are: ARC/UKA affiliated £22.00, non-affiliated £24.00.
