St Ives Bay 10K

The St Ives Bay 10K is a challenging off-road running event held in Hayle, Cornwall, featuring a 10-kilometer course that combines beach, dunes, and trail running. The race starts on the beach near Hayle Surf Lifesaving Club and heads towards the Lighthouse, then follows steps and paths to Gwithian Car Park at mile 3. Runners continue along Towans paths, including a notable climb called the "Dune of Doom," before returning to the beach for the final 1.2 miles.
