St Ives Bay 10k
The St Ives Bay 10k is an off-road, beach and dunes race held on Thursday 6 August 2026 in Hayle, Cornwall. The main course is a 10 km route that begins on the beach and runs toward the lighthouse, then rises onto the dunes near Gwithian car park around mile 3. Runners follow approximately two miles of Towans paths, including a final "Dune of Doom", before returning to the beach for the closing 1.2 miles. The 2026 route includes a new guided line onto the dunes that avoids the Gwithian steps.
A separate 1 mile beach fun run is also offered with entries on the night for under 16s; the fun run has a £5 entry fee for U16s.
