Run Barns Green
Run Barns Green is a festival of running held near Horsham in West Sussex. The event programme includes multiple races for different age groups and is set on closed roads through the West Sussex countryside. The half marathon and 10K routes pass through Christ’s Hospital school grounds.

Race features include chip timing, pacers, and medals for all finishers. Water stations are provided on the half marathon and 10K routes. The course is marked with distance markers and marshals, and there is live music at the start and finish plus bands and music along the route. Local spectators provide roadside support.
The event headquarters is Barns Green Village Hall, Muntham Drive, Barns Green, near Horsham RH13 0NH. There are three large car parks available on race day and parking is free. The event is organised entirely by volunteers and in 2026 supports St Catherine’s Hospice. The first Run Barns Green took place in 1982 and attracted just over one thousand runners; the event has run annually since and has received Racecheck recognition.
