Rum River Festival 5K
The Rum River Festival 5K Run & Walk is an athletic event held in Princeton, Minnesota. The run is organized as part of the broader Rum River Festival celebration. The event features a 5 km distance accessible to both runners and walkers. The course starts and finishes near Northern Nutrition at 401 1st Street.
Participants who complete their registration by May 10th receive an event t-shirt and a goodie bag. While registration remains open on the day of the event starting 90 minutes before the run begins, t-shirts are not guaranteed for late registrants. The event is pet-friendly, provided that all animals remain on a leash throughout the duration of the activity.
Awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in several age categories:
- 18 and under
- 19-34
- 35-49
- 50-69
- 70 and older
