Rock Solid 10K, 5K and 1-Miler
The Rock Solid race event returns for its second year at Bluebird Park in Isanti, Minnesota. This athletic gathering benefits The Rock Solid Foundation, a nonprofit organization established in 2024 to provide financial support and resources to individuals experiencing unexpected tragedies. The foundation honors the legacy of Jesse Melvin Haugen by hosting events that promote community connection and physical activity.
Participants can choose from three distinct distances:
- 10K Run
- 5K Run
- 1-Miler Fun Run
All three races utilize the same out and back course structure. The routes start and end at Bluebird Park, specifically at the intersection of Isanti Parkway and 3rd Avenue. The event environment includes family friendly activities along with local food and beverages available for purchase.
The registration fees vary by distance. The 10K and 5K options require a 40 dollar fee, while the 1-Miler fun run is 30 dollars. As a 501(c)(3) organization, the funds raised through these registrations and additional donations support the foundation's mission to assist those in need due to accidents or other crises.
