The Ruck & Roll Foundation organizes the event with a mission to ease the financial burden that cancer places on teachers. The foundation provides direct financial support and works with community partners to assist educators affected by cancer through events and local collaboration.
Registration pricing is shown inclusive of mandatory charges and fees. Early bird and regular registration windows are listed as follows:
- 1 mile fun run: early bird $23.39 (Jul 1 – Sep 24); regular $28.74 (Sep 25 – Oct 24).
- 5K: early bird $44.79 (Jul 1 – Sep 24); regular $55.49 (Sep 25 – Oct 24).
Shirts are guaranteed to participants who register before 11/30. The event’s registration policy states there are no refunds unless a participant enrolled in the Refund Protection Program. Race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event for unfavorable conditions, and registration fees are not refundable if the event is cancelled due to Acts of God.
