Roundhay 50

Roundhay 50 is a Challenge Event organised by the West Yorkshire local group of the Long Distance Walkers Association in Northern England. The route covers 50 miles with a 22 hour time limit.

The walk starts and finishes at St Andrews Roundhay United Reformed Church, Shaftesbury Avenue, Leeds LS8 1DS. The course consists of two loops around rural north Leeds and visits locations including Temple Newsam, Meanwood Valley and the Harewood Estate.

The event offers two start groups, with one aimed at faster walkers and runners. Entry fees are stated as £35 for LDWA members and £50 for non LDWA participants. Accommodation options are listed within 20 km, for example Otley (14 km), Baildon (17 km) and Burley-in-Wharfedale (18 km).
