Spencers Dash

Spencers Dash is a long-established running event held in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, featuring a series of three 3.8-mile evening races on road and trail. The course is undulating with all left-hand turns, and roads remain open to traffic, requiring runners to stay alert and follow marshals' instructions. The races take place on Thursdays in May, July, and August, with participants able to enter individually or for the full series, which includes a T-shirt option.
