Ilkley Half Marathon and 5k
The Ilkley Half Marathon is a road-closed running event in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, organised by Ilkley Round Table. The half marathon follows a 13.1 mile road route through the Yorkshire Dales with scenic views and hilly sections. The event includes marked course signage, water stations and medical support. An event village runs alongside the races with street food, live music and family friendly entertainment. The 2026 event is expected to attract over 2000 runners.

The Ilkley races raise funds for local good causes across Wharfedale. Since the inaugural event in 2019 (with 2020 cancelled due to COVID) organisers report annual fundraising totals between £20,000 and over £50,000, which are redirected to local organisations. The 2026 charity of choice is LS29 Special Needs Support Group. Entry information for 2026 lists a standard half marathon entry at £38.
