The 18th Annual Rotary Club of Little River 5K is a community 5K run/walk held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, in Little River, South Carolina. The course has very few turns and finishes along the Little River waterfront. This race is the first event in the Rotary Crown Series; participants who complete both the Little River and Conway Rotary 5Ks in 2026 receive an 18-ounce Yeti Rambler Mug. The event is organized in partnership with local non-profits, including the Grand Strand Running Club, Teen Angels, and North Strand Housing Shelter.

Strollers, runners, and walkers are allowed; animals are not permitted on the race course. Awards are by gun time with overall male and female places 1-3, an overall masters place for male and female, and age-group awards for male and female across standard age brackets. Registration is available online only; the listed entry fee is $30 and the price increases after December 31, 2025. Packet pickup and portable restrooms are provided at the race start, and parking is available around the start area.
