Rodeo Stampede - Fort Worth
Rodeo Stampede is scheduled for March 15, 2026 at Marine Creek Lake in Fort Worth, TX. The event offers a mix of in-person and virtual options, with multiple race distances and a kids sprint aimed at children 10 and under. Course surfaces may include pavement, crushed granite, and occasional dirt paths. Packet pickup is offered before the event start.
Event features and services include on-course aid stations, on-site snacks and refreshments at the race rally tent, live awards announcements, music by a DJ, and a Bigfoot mascot available for photos. All finishers receive a shirt and a finisher medal; the medal for this event is presented as a belt buckle style award. Trophies are awarded to the fastest overall male and female in each event, and standard age group awards are offered for the 5K, quarter marathon, and half marathon. Age group categories include 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, then five-year bands from 20-24 up through 70 and over.
A cowboy costume contest is included; the crowd chooses a single winner who receives a free entry to a future Bigfoot race, a contest trophy, and a Bigfoot prize pack.
