Scoop Into Spring 5K/10K
The Scoop Into Spring 5K/10K is a female-only running event scheduled for April 4, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas. Organized by Girls Who Run DFW, the event takes place at 3101 Riverfront Drive. The race focuses on community and confidence for women runners.

- 10 km
Participants receive a finisher medal for either distance. The first 200 individuals to register are provided with a custom race day bib. While an event-themed participation t-shirt is available, it is noted as an extra add-on.
The event features a competitive element with age group awards distributed three deep across numerous divisions, ranging from age 9 and under to 80 and over. Specific overall awards are also presented for the Overall Female, Female Masters (40+), and Female Grand Masters (60+). All awards are distributed on-site at the event and will not be shipped to participants.
This race serves as the first installment of the Girls Who Run DFW Sweet Summertime Challenge. This series includes two additional events in Denton and Irving. Participants who complete the entire series are eligible for a challenge medal that assembles to form an ice cream sundae design. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
