Trinity River Hop - Fort Worth, TX
The Trinity River Hop is a running and walking event held on Saturday, April 4, 2026, on the Saturday of Easter weekend. The event takes place at Gateway Park, with the start in the Fort Woof parking lot in Fort Worth, Texas.

All races use paved trails along the Trinity River. The course is described as a flat out-and-back route that follows paved trails at the FWMBA trailhead, circles Gateway Park behind the soccer fields, and continues onto the Trinity Trails. The 5K completes one loop, the 10K two loops, and the half marathon three loops. Surfaces are mostly concrete and asphalt. Turnaround points are at the FWMBA trailhead parking lot for the 5K/10K and just before the Randol Mill / Oakland Ave road crossing for the half marathon.
On-course services include water tables each lap for the 5K and 10K, sports drinks and an additional aid table with electrolytes and snacks for the half marathon. The event features chip timing, custom full-color bibs, full-color T-shirts in youth and adult sizes (shirt size guaranteed if registered by March 22), and custom finisher medals for all finishers. Special kid pricing applies for ages 9 and under; ages 5-9 receive a shirt and children under 5 receive bunny ears. Gift cards and age-group recognition are awarded across multiple categories.
