Event overview
Trinity River Hop is scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2026 in Fort Worth, Texas (Gateway Park, Fort Woof parking lot). The event offers the following distances:

Registration is noted to open on August 1. Entry prices listed on the event page are $40 for the 5K and $60 for the 10K, with a price increase after March 22, 2026. Special kid pricing is available for ages 9 and under. All donations listed on the page benefit Bunny Burrow Rabbit Rescue. Course and logistics
The out-and-back course starts at the Fort Woof parking lot next to the baseball 4-plex in Gateway Park and follows paved trails onto the Trinity Trails. Runners turn around between the Randoll Mill / First Street Pedestrian Bridge and the FWMBA trailhead parking lot and retrace the route. The 5K completes one loop; the 10K completes two loops. The surface is mostly concrete and asphalt. The race provides water at the 5K turn-around and Gatorade at the 10K turn-around. Features include chip timing, custom full-color bibs, full-color shirts in youth and adult sizes, and custom finisher medals. Gift cards and age-group recognition are listed for multiple categories.
