Rocky Point Fire Department 2nd Annual Memorial 5K : June 6, 2027
The event is a community 5K organized by the Rocky Point Fire Department and scheduled for June 6, 2027. The venue is the King Road Fire House at 90 King Rd., Rocky Point, NY 11778. Registration is not yet open and will open prior to the event date.
The course starts at the firehouse on King Road and follows a trail heading east. Runners cross Broadway and two other intersections, reach a turnaround at the halfway point, and return to finish at the firehouse.
Event amenities include live online and text results, free finish line photos and video, and event tee shirts. Runners who register three weeks in advance are eligible for a personalized bib. Bib pickup is handled by event staff before the race and requires a bib number for pickup; registrants who register within 24 hours of the race will receive their bib number by text.
Overall placement recognition will be posted online for the top three men and top three women. Results and same-day finish line photos are provided through the event’s online results system. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
