JINGLE BELL JOG 5K AND RUDOLPH'S FUN RUN
This event takes place on 12/05/2026 at Lewin's Christmas Tree Farm on Fresh Pond Avenue in Calverton, NY. The program includes an in-person 5K, a short fun run for children, and a virtual 5K option.
Distances:
- JINGLE BELL JOG 5K: 3.1 Miles
- RUDOLPH'S FUN RUN for children 12 and under: approximately 1/4 mile
- JINGLE BELL JOG 5K - VIRTUAL: 3.1 Miles
All participants receive bells to attach to shoes. Awards are given to overall 5K winners and to age-group top finishers in multiple categories. Long sleeve T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by November 25th. Bib pickup and day of registration are available on site starting at 7:30am.
Amenities and on-site features include hot chocolate, pictures with Santa, a best holiday costume contest, and raffles for Christmas trees and wreaths. Christmas trees awarded to top overall finishers do not include the cost to cut or pick a tree at the farm. The course uses gravel trail and grass or dirt paths; jogging strollers are permitted but should account for surface conditions.
A virtual participant process is provided: runners may complete the virtual 5K anywhere and submit results and photos online before December 6, 2026. The event also supports charitable giving and collects non-perishable food items for local food assistance programs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
