Rockcastle Gobble Wobble 5K
The Rockcastle Gobble Wobble takes place on November 14, 2026, at Renfro Valley Entertainment Center, 2380 Richmond St, Mount Vernon, KY. Proceeds from the event benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.
Both a run and a walk are offered; both events will be chip timed.

Registration opens September 4 and closes November 2. Pre-registration by November 2 costs $20 and includes a race t-shirt; registration after November 2 costs $25 and a shirt is not guaranteed. Race day packet pickup is scheduled before the event.
Awards are given to the overall male and female winners, the top three male and female finishers in each age group (12 and under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80 and over), and the top three fastest male and female walkers.
Student Strides 2026 allows students age 4 to 18 to participate free of charge; shirts are not included but may be added for an extra fee. Students who complete at least seven races in the 2026 series will receive a $25 gift card and a custom t-shirt at the end of the series. Students must run or walk to be eligible for awards and incentives. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
