Events and Registration
The event features multiple activities:
- A paid 5K run.
- A paid 2-mile walk.
- A free Student Strides 5K run for participants aged 4-18, with no shirt included but eligibility for age group awards.
- A free Student Strides 2-mile fun run/walk for participants aged 4-18, with no shirt or age group awards.
A "Shirt Only" registration option is also available. Students aged 4-18 can participate for free in the Student Strides events. For paid registrants, a pre-registration fee applies until a specific deadline, after which the price increases.
Awards and Series
Awards are given for the top overall male and female finishers. Age group awards are provided for the 5K run across multiple categories. The top three male and female walkers in the 2-mile event also receive awards. This race is the fourth event in a 12-race county-wide series.
Additional Information
Paid participants who register before the specified deadline receive a free t-shirt, though shirt availability is not guaranteed after that date. A family discount is offered for groups of four or more. For students, a special incentive program is available where those who complete at least seven races in the 2026 series receive a gift card and a custom t-shirt at the series' conclusion.
