Catch The Leprechaun 5K : Berea, KY
The Catch The Leprechaun 5K takes place on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Berea Community High School in Berea, KY. This is the event's fifth annual running. The race will name a charity beneficiary at a later date. Packet pickup details will be announced closer to the event; race day packet pickup will be held at the high school parking lot.

Course and race features
The course starts and finishes behind the high school football stadium bleachers and follows an out-and-back route through the park and on a portion of the Berea City Trail. The route is on private paved surfaces and is described as relatively flat. There will be two hydration stations along the course. Timing is by chip with overall and age-group awards. Participants receive commemorative unisex race shirts and free race photos will be available. The event includes a "Catch The Leprechaun Challenge" with a designated Running Leprechaun; runners who reach the Pot of Gold before that runner may be eligible for prizes. Social teams are offered, with a prize for the largest team. Registration for the virtual option and volunteer positions closes February 28, 2026; the 1 Mile Fun Walk registration closes March 1, 2026.
