Rock The Ridge
Rock The Ridge is a fundraising trail event held by Mohonk Preserve in the Shawangunk Mountains of New York’s Hudson Valley. The event centers on a 50 mile course and also offers a full trail marathon and relay team options. The 50 mile course has an 18 hour cutoff, closely spaced and well stocked aid stations, and is routed on well maintained carriage roads that pass through forests and along ridgelines with expansive views.

- 26.2 mile Trail Marathon
- Relay teams of two, three or four people
Now in its 14th year, Rock The Ridge raises funds to support Mohonk Preserve’s mission to protect the northern Shawangunk Ridge and to support its Conservation & Community Education, Stewardship, and Visitor Experience programs. The Preserve manages thousands of acres and a network of carriage roads and trails, and proceeds from the event help maintain those lands and programs.
