The New Years Eve Rock Around the Clock trail run is on Wednesday 31st December 2025 at the You Yangs, Little River, VIC (5 Branch Rd). Distances offered include:

- 10km
- 21km
- 42km
- 50km
- 6hr format
Registration opens on Wednesday 3rd September. Entry fees vary by distance and booking period, with listed prices in 2025 ranging from $35 to $130. Humanitix booking fees are added at check-out. On-day registration is available at higher prices.
Course, format and community
The event is held on mountain trails with views of fireworks from Melbourne to the Geelong waterfront and the Ballerine Peninsula. It is part of a series that introduces participants to night running. The 5 km loop is run under headtorch and is described as safe and supported. The longer distances - 21 km, 42 km and 50 km - extend into the night while shorter distances are completed before sunset.
Course maps are provided for the main 5 km loop and for the longer distance laps (21.1 km first lap plus 1.1 km, and 42.2 km first lap plus 2.2 km). Trailsplus donates $1 per participant to Canteen; the organisation has donated over $80,000 in total. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
