Road to Trail 5K Run and Walk
The Road to Trail 5K Run and Walk is an annual event held in White Oak Park, Pennsylvania. This edition marks the eighth year of the competition, which utilizes a course that transitions between different surfaces. Participants complete a 5 km distance that starts and ends on paved roads, while the middle section of approximately two miles consists of wooded trails and grass fields.
The event offers two main participation options:
- 5K run
- 5K walk
The race provides medals to the top three finishers in various age groups, ranging from 12 and under to 60 and over. Overall winners receive trophies, and the top male and female runners are awarded top finisher shirts in addition to medals.
Registration includes a commemorative T-shirt, though these are only guaranteed for participants who register by August 1, 2025. For those signing up after this date, shirts are distributed based on remaining availability. Walkers have the option to submit their completion times via a results tracking system.
