The 8th Annual Head for the Cure 5K - Pittsburgh is a community fundraiser on Saturday, August 8, 2026, held at North Park Boathouse in Allison Park, Pennsylvania (10301 Pearce Mill Road). Registration options listed include a discounted New Year 5K registration ($26), Early Bird 5K registration ($34), an Early Bird 5K plus dog registration ($49) that includes a dog bandana, a Kids Fun Run registration ($25), and a Virtual Registration ($40) which includes mailed event shirt and medal and does not allow packet pick up.
