2026 Pittsburgh 5K - Head for the Cure
The 2026 Pittsburgh 5K is a community 5K run and walk held on August 8, 2026 at North Park Boathouse in Allison Park, PA. The event raises awareness and funds for brain tumor research, patient support, and related education initiatives.
Funds raised through this event will locally benefit brain tumor research at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, the Brain Cancer Awareness 5K, Path to Hope, and other national brain cancer programs and initiatives.
