Head for the Cure 5K - Pittsburgh (8th Annual)
The 8th Annual Head for the Cure 5K - Pittsburgh takes place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the North Park Boathouse, 10301 Pearce Mill Road, Allison Park, PA. The event raises funds for brain tumor research and related programs. Funds raised will benefit UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, BCA, Path to Hope, and other national brain cancer programs, education, and initiatives.
