The 8th Annual Head for the Cure 5K - Pittsburgh is a community fundraiser on Saturday, August 8, 2026, held at North Park Boathouse in Allison Park, Pennsylvania (10301 Pearce Mill Road). Attendees are given the opportunity to fundraise for the campaign. Registration options listed include a discounted New Year 5K registration ($26), Early Bird 5K registration ($34), an Early Bird 5K plus dog registration ($49) that includes a dog bandana, a Kids Fun Run registration ($25), and a Virtual Registration ($40) which includes mailed event shirt and medal and does not allow packet pick up.
