Road Runner Sports Pancake Run
The Road Runner Sports Pancake Run is an annual spring running event scheduled for Sunday, March 7, 2027, at PV Phoenix (formerly Paradise Valley Mall), 12801 N Paradise Village Pkwy W, Phoenix, AZ 85032. The event features USATF-certified Pancake-Flat courses and offers timed races over two distances.

- 10K
A Double Stack Challenge lets participants complete both the 10K and the 5K. Double Stack entries receive a special double-layer bib number and an exclusive finisher award. All finishers receive hot pancakes prepared on-site by Over Easy after they finish.
Participants receive race swag that includes a finisher medal, a custom bib with chip timing, and a race shirt. Overall and age-group awards are given; age-group categories for the 10K and 5K range from 11 & Under up through 80+. Double Stack age-group categories range from 15 & Under through 70+.
Packet pickup is available at Road Runner Sports stores in the Phoenix area prior to the race, including locations on E. Camelback Rd, S. McClintock Drive in Tempe, and E. Mayo Blvd in North Phoenix.
