Event Overview
This is a monthly Trophy Series event organized by Rocky Mountain Road Runners in the Denver area. It is described as a low-key and low-cost racing environment that is open to all runners.
Race Format
The event uses a unique handicap start system. Runners start based on their estimated finish time, from slowest to fastest, over a period of approximately 13 minutes. This system is designed so that participants of different speeds have a chance to compete for the win.
Course & Location
The race takes place in Denver's Bible Park. The course is 4 km long and runs through the park on a mixed surface of paved paths and crusher/fine gravel. The start area is located to the east of the main parking lot, near the tennis courts.
Logistics
