Event overview
The Fidelity Bank River Run 2026 is the 50th annual edition, scheduled for May 30, 2026, in Wichita, KS. The race starts on Douglas, north of Century II, and will take place rain or shine. Registration space is limited and may close early. No bikes, e-bikes, motorized vehicles, or dogs are allowed. All registrants receive a Riverfest button, a commemorative T-shirt, and a finisher medallion; T-shirt sizes and availability are first come, first served. Packet pickup details are to be announced. The 5K and 10K are USATF certified and record eligible (5K: KS25014TJD; 10K: KS25014l5TJD). The Family Fun Run is untimed and encourages costumes and bright colors. The Lane Enterprises Tot Trot is open to ages 2–7. Early bird pricing applies for several events through February 28, 2026; some events have registration deadlines in late May 2026. An awards ceremony for the 10K and 5K will be held on the Food Court Stage on the east side of Century II. A Corporate Team Challenge awards a traveling trophy to the company with the most race entries. Sponsors include Fidelity Bank, Lane McDonald’s, Halls Water, and Marriott.
