Ridgeway Run

The Ridgeway Run, organized by the Tring Running Club, is a challenging 15-kilometre (9.3 miles) trail run that showcases the scenic beauty of the Chilterns. The course begins on the outskirts of Tring, ascends into the Ashridge Estate, and features iconic landmarks such as the Bridgewater Monument and Pitstone Hill before returning to Tring. Established in 1982, the event is fully marshalled and includes amenities like changing facilities and refreshments.

Participants can choose between a finisher’s t-shirt or having a tree planted in their name. The event is held under UK Athletics rules and has a limit of 650 entries. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
