Organiser details include Burnham Joggers and the event holds EA Licence No 30555. The race village provides taps for filling bottles before and after the event. Organisers will minimise the use of plastics; there will be no finisher shirt and finishers receive a unique commemorative medal that forms part of an interlinking set with the Beaconsfield 5 and Cliveden Classic.
There are three water stations on the course with water available from cups and jugs for refilling bottles. Runners must be at least 18 years old on race day. The races are unsuitable for wheelchairs and no runners may be accompanied by a cyclist, pushchair or dog. Usual EA race rules apply and only approved bone conducting headphones are permitted while running. The Half Marathon has a cut off time of 3 hours after which any runner still on course continues at their own risk.
Category trophies are awarded across overall and age group positions. VIP parking is available for an additional fee while spaces last. The entry fee is non refundable and deferrals to 2027 are not accepted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
