Burnham Beeches Half Marathon & 10K
The event offers two distances run on a mix of closed roads and hard-surfaced paths through the shaded Burnham Beeches ancient woodland in South Bucks. The course for this year will be run in reverse (clockwise direction) as part of the 45th running of the event.

Organisers aim to reduce plastic use; runners are asked to bring their own water bottles, which can be filled from taps in the race village before and after the event. There are three water stations on the course with water available from cups and jugs for refilling bottles. No finisher shirt will be provided; finishers receive a unique commemorative medal that forms part of an interlinking set with other local races.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old on race day. The races are unsuitable for wheelchairs and no runners may be accompanied by a cyclist, pushchair or dog. The usual EA race rules apply; only approved bone conducting headphones are permitted. The half marathon has a cut-off time of three hours, after which runners still on the course will be advised they continue at their own risk.
VIP parking is available for an additional fee while spaces last. The school swimming pool will not be available this year. Entry fees are non-refundable; deferrals to 2027 are not accepted, though transfers to another Burnham Joggers 2026 race may be considered. Sponsors include local businesses such as Burnham Physio, The Palmer Arms, The Pineapple Dorney and Runners Retreat. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
