About the race
HSV Sprint Triathlon is a fast, flat sprint held at the Hertfordshire Sports Village on the Hatfield Campus. The course features a 400-meter pool swim in an 8-lane, 25-meter pool, a single 20-kilometer bike ride on a mostly flat route, and a 5-kilometer flat run, offering great PB potential. Organized by Tri-Force Triathlon Club in memory of Trace Allen, the event is non-draft legal with staggered starts by 30 or 15 seconds.
It often includes a club sprint championship, plus free event photos, a custom-designed medal, and finish-line snacks. Wetsuit hire via Zone3 is available, with parking at the Herts Sports Village and Hatfield Station nearby. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
