Ridgefield Road Fest 50th ANNIVERSARY
The Ridgefield Road Fest 50th ANNIVERSARY takes place on October 18, 2026, in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The event is based at the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield, 41 Governor Street, Ridgefield, CT 06877.
The event includes multiple race distances:
- Half marathon
- 7 Miler
- Iris Fund 5K
The course begins on East Ridge Road just above the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield. Runners encounter a few gradual climbs early, then a rolling two-loop route through southern Ridgefield that includes some of the town's flatter miles. The route descends into downtown Ridgefield before returning to the Boys & Girls Club for the finish.
The primary benefactor of the event is the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield, a youth activity center offering after school and vacation programs in five core areas: The Arts; Character and Leadership; Education; Health and Life Skills; and Sports, Fitness and Recreation.
The Iris Fund 5K supports the Iris Fund, founded in memory of Iris Crystal Aleman and dedicated to addressing prematurity. The fund supports research into triggers of labor and provides assistance to families facing high risk pregnancies and loss.
Donations of $10 or more to the Boys & Girls Club made through the event registration platform earn one raffle entry; $25 donations earn two entries. Prizes will be announced at a later time. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
