The Ridgefield Road Fest 50th ANNIVERSARY takes place in Ridgefield, Connecticut, with the event base at the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield, 41 Governor Street, Ridgefield, CT 06877. The event includes multiple race distances:
- Half Marathon
- 7-Miler
- 5K (Iris Fund 5K)

Course, beneficiaries, and fundraising
The course starts on East Ridge Road just above the Boys & Girls Club. It includes a few gradual climbs, then a rolling two-loop route through southern Ridgefield that features some of the town’s flatter miles, with a downhill into downtown Ridgefield and a finish back at the Boys & Girls Club.
The race’s primary benefactor is the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield, which offers programs for school-aged children in five core areas: The Arts; Character and Leadership; Education; Health and Life Skills; and Sports, Fitness and Recreation. The 5K supports The Iris Fund, a charity focused on research into triggers of labor and on supporting families facing high-risk pregnancies and loss. Donors who give through the registration platform are entered into a raffle: a $10 donation yields one entry and a $25 donation yields two entries.
